KYIV, Sept 30 - The Ukrainian business of Corteva Agriscience, a global agricultural company, intends to increase its market share of corn and sunflower seeds by the end of the 2021 season and in the future become the largest supplier of corn seeds in Ukraine.

"Our forecasts are positive. We are determined not to lose [the market share], if we talk about Ukraine, but on the contrary - to grow. In this we are helped by a multichannel and multi-brand strategy. Our task is to be in the main markets and in the main segments as number one, two or three. In Ukraine, we are approaching the first positions. We have a challenge to become number one in corn seeds, it is a matter of time to regain the lead again, and to significantly increase the market share for sunflower seeds," head of the Corteva Agriscience business in Eastern Europe Serhiy Kharin said.
