KYIV, Sept 28 – President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said payments to the families of those killed in the crash of the An-26 military transport aircraft near Chuhuiv in Kharkiv region should be urgent, his office reported Monday.

"We need to do everything necessary to simplify bureaucratic procedures. These payments should be urgent. There is a law on social and legal protection of servicemen and their families, which provides for the procedure for such payments," Zelensky said at a conference call with representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers and law enforcement agencies.
