KRASNODAR, Sept. 18 ??“ The Industrial Union of Donbass (IUD) has started to build a metal roll plant in Armavir, Krasnodar territory, a source in the territorial administration told Interfax.

According to IUD, the cost of the plant is estimated at $220 million to $250 million.
