KYIV, Sept 18 – Ukraine will be able to finance the 2021 budget deficit at UAH 270 billion, or 6% of the GDP, without asking state banks to purchase government Treasury bills due to refinancing from the central bank, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said.

"There is no scheme, and there will not be... We will proceed from the market conditions that will exist at that moment," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
