KIEV, Sept. 18 ??“ State-run UkrInterEnergo and Russia's Inter RAO UES could found a joint-stock company to restore the interstate Isaccea-Varna power transmission line of South-Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant and start joint electricity exports to the Balkan countries, according to Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Sheberstov.

"We would consider the following option: UkrInterEnergo jointly with Inter RAO UES will establish a joint-stock company in order to restore the line to jointly export [electricity] in the future," he said at a press conference in Kiev, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
