KIEV, Sept. 15 - Norway's Telenor is planning to increase its stake in the Ukrainian cellular provider Kyivstar-GSM to 100%, Sigmund Ekhougen, head of the Telenor representation in Ukraine, said at a press conference.

He did not rule out that Telenor could sell its stake in Kyivstar. He said that the company is developing and that it is very satisfied with its results.
