KYIV, Sept 9 – Ukrainian banks have called on the authorities on the termination of the loan repayment holidays declared for the coronavirus pandemic in order to assess the loan portfolio.
"It is probably not worth it to drag on with the holidays and with this state, when no one understands what is happening... The second, third, fourth sets of loan repayment holidays for the same ones that do not work, do not serve and have no prospects – this is probably untimely and inappropriate," Head of the Macro-Prudential Policy and Research Department of the Financial Stability Department Pervin Dadashova said at a roundtable held by the Financial Club on Tuesday.
