KYIV, Sept 4 – Justice Minister Denys Maliuska asked Parliament to urgently adopt a law to prevent the collection of UAH 10 billion from state-owned PrivatBank (Kyiv) in favor of the Surkis brothers' companies.

"Judicial decisions are binding. It takes a long time to wait for the consideration of an appeal or cassation [...]. Dear MPs, please sign, register and support the bill as soon as possible. We count not even for days, but for hours," Maliuska said Friday.
