KYIV, Aug 27 – Ukraine is preparing to start accepting bids for insolvent Bank Arcada, the Deposit Guarantee Fund, a state agency that now controls the bank, said in a statement.

The fund suggested a number of ways to withdraw the bank from the market, including liquidation of the financial institution with the alienation of all or part of its assets and liabilities in favor of the accepting bank or alienation of all or part of the assets and liabilities of the insolvent bank in favor of the accepting bank with the revocation of the bank license of the insolvent bank and its subsequent elimination.

In addition, the Deposit Guarantee Fund offers the option of creating and selling the transitional bank to the investor with the transfer of the assets and liabilities of the insolvent bank to the investor and the subsequent liquidation of the insolvent bank or the sale of the insolvent bank to the investor.
