KYIV, Aug 25 – Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a meeting with German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas on Monday said Ukraine was seeking to sign the Common Aviation Area Agreement with the EU in the near future, according to a statement on the Ukrainian government's website.
"We are aware of the difficulties, but we are ready to take every effort for the signature of this document. This could become a specific instrument of assistance to the revival of the aviation sector, which was seriously affected by the pandemic on both Ukraine and the EU," Shmyhal said.
