KYIV, Aug 21 – The Ministry of Infrastructure and QTerminals W.L.L. (Qatar) have signed an agreement on the concession of Olvia specialized seaport (Mykolaiv).

The corresponding document was signed by the Ministry of Infrastructure represented by state secretary Volodymyr Buchko, the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority represented by acting chairman Oleksandr Holodnytsky, QTerminals W.L.L. represented by Director General Neville Bissett and QTerminals Olvia LLC represented by its representative Mohammed Al Lahham.
