KYIV, Aug 19 – The Cabinet of Ministers has changed the formula for determining the lower level of resource's sales of National Nuclear Generating Company Energoatom and Ukrhydroenergo in market segments, allowing use in calculations not the full, but the production prime cost.

The relevant amendments to decree No. 694 dated August 5 regarding the imposition of public service obligation (PSO) to provide electricity to the population were adopted at a government meeting on Wednesday after the issue was voted on to its agenda on the proposal of the Energy Ministry.
