KYIV, Aug 18 - Alfa-Bank (Kyiv) and the agro-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv, the largest Ukrainian sugar producer, within the framework of a joint partnership program offer agricultural producers loans up to UAH 7.5 million without collateral.

According to the holding's press release, under the terms of the partnership program, agricultural producers can attract a loan from Alfa-Bank under the contract for the supply of grain of the future harvest with the Astarta-Kyiv agricultural holding.
