KYIV, Aug 17 – Prices in the suburban real estate market in January-June 2020 increased by 7% after last year's price decline, the NAI Ukraine consulting company has said.

According to the company's research, the average price for new apartment buildings in Kyiv is $980/square meter (sq. m), while in the suburbs - $450-630/sq. m. At the same time, prices for country cottages vary from $480 to $1,200, depending on the area, for townhouses and duplexes – from $500 to $630/sq. m. (talking about primary housing, without finishing).
