KIEV, Sept. 12 ??“ Investment Options Group LLC (the United States) bought a 95% stake in Berdiansky Zhatki (Zaporizhia region) on Sept. 4, the Berdiansky Zhatki announced.

The company said that international direct investment funds UKRN I New Capital Growth Co. Ltd. (a 44% stake) and UKRN II Future Capital Growth Co. Ltd (42%) under the control of SigmaBleyzer Investment Company, which owned over 10% voting stock in the company, sold their stakes on Sept. 4.
