KYIV, July 31 – In January-June, solvent banks of Ukraine received UAH 23.8 billion of net profit, which is 23% less than in the same period in 2019 (more than UAH 31 billion), according to a Friday posting on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

According to the report, in Q2 2020, the banks' net profit amounted to UAH 7.7 billion, which is 58.3% less compared to the corresponding period of last year and 50% less compared with the previous quarter of this year.
