KYIV, July 29 – Ukroboronprom, the state arms producing group, asked President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to lift restrictions on salary increases for top managers introduced during the pandemic.

The restrictions imposed on salaries do not allow state companies to spend more than UAH 47,000 per month on top managers, and it is now preventing the group from hiring talent in the sector.
