KYIV, July 29 – Ukraine’s economy will resume economic growth next year and is expected to expand at 4.6% in 2021, followed by 4.3% growth in 2022, a faster growth than has been earlier projected, according to the Economic Development Ministry.
The government earlier projected 2.4% growth in 2021 after a contraction of 4.3% in 2020 caused by the coronavirus pandemic, according to the ministry.
Consumer inflation is expected to hit 7.3% in 2021 and will slow down to 6.2% in 2022, according to the ministry.
