KYIV, July 24 – The primary housing market in Ukraine in the first half of the year is returning to sales growth, but the indicators have not yet reached the pre-crisis level, according to InCo Home (AMC Invest-Consulting LLC), which is part of Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group.
"The worst month for the market was April: in comparison with April 2019, the decline in sales in 2020 was 60%. This is a negative record for the past five years. In May and June, sales began to recover: the growth was 35% in May and 15% in June. The market has moved to growth, but has not yet returned to pre-crisis indicators," the company said in a press release.
