KYIV, July 16 – President Volodymyr Zelensky submitted to Parliament a bill that provides for the reduction or exemption from taxation of a number of projects and programs in the field of culture, tourism and creative industries, the presidential website said on Wednesday.
Bill No. 3851 on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding governmental support for culture, tourism and creative industries proposes to exempt from corporate income tax and personal income tax grants provided on unpaid and non-refundable basis at the expense of budgetary funds, international technical assistance for the implementation of a project or a program in the field of culture, tourism and in the sector of creative industries.
