KYIV, July 14 – Parliament has passed at second reading and in full draft law No. 2426 on changing several laws and legal acts pertaining to the metallurgical raw materials and scrap markets during its plenary session on Tuesday.
Some 237 members of parliament voted for the bill.
During the discussion of the bill, in particular, there were oppositions against the rejection of separation of scrap metal into domestic and industrial, as well as against the abolition of requirements for sites where scrap metal is collected. Proposed amendments were not supported by parliamentarians.
