KYIV, July 14 – President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said the government has to prepare a clear plan for the implementation of facilities of the Big Construction program in 2021.

He stressed the need to prepare a clear list and plan for the implementation of facilities that will expand the Big Construction program in 2021, in particular, theaters, museum complexes, and others, for "the responsible ministries and regional state administrations to plan the allocation of funds for that already now."
