KYIV, July 13 – France will provide Ukraine with a preferential loan of EUR64 million with an interest rate of 0.08% for 30 years for implementing a project for the supply of drinking water to Mariupol, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov said.
"We are talking about providing a preferential loan of EUR 64 million for 30 years with a ten-year grace period at a rate of 0.08%. An appropriate filter station, water intakes will be built in Mariupol for these funds, the necessary studies will be carried out exactly where and how to take and provide drinking water for a city with almost half a million residents," he said at an online press conference.
