KYIV, July 8 – Dutch development bank FMO, Norwegian Export Credit Guarantee Agency GIEK and Nordic Environment Finance Corporation threatened to sue Ukraine for attempts to change previously agreed feed-in tariffs for renewable energy projects.

The investors wanted to have at least two years of extension for the high feed-in tariff as part of the deal, but had failed to persuade the government to do so.
