KIEV, Sept. 7 ??“ The Cabinet of Ministers has instructed national nuclear energy generating company Energoatom to launch the first turbine of the Tashlyk pumped-storage plant before Oct. 15, and the second before year end.

Tashlyk the plant is being built on the banks of the Southern Buh River in Mykolayiv region. It is a part of the South Ukrainian power complex, which includes the South-Ukrainian Nuclear and Oleksandrivska Hydro power plants.
