KYIV, June 25 – Ukraine and Hungary on Thursday resumed regional economic negotiations for the first time in seven years, signaling potentially improving relations that had stalled Kyiv’s cooperation with NATO.

Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto arrived in Kyiv for the talks of the joint Ukrainian-Hungarian commission on economic cooperation.
