KYIV, June 24 – The consumer confidence index in Ukraine in May improved by 10.1 points, to 76.3 points on a 200-point scale, while Ukrainians' assessment of their current situation increased 5.9 points, to 57.4 points, Info Sapiens research agency reported.

The index increased along with optimism as Ukraine had been seeking to restart the economy after months under lockdown due to the coronavirus.
