KYIV, June 11 – Cultural establishments and accommodation facilities were reopened in Ukraine on Wednesday, according to Deputy Health Minister and chief public health official Viktor Liashko.
He noted that Kyiv and six more regions were not ready for further easing of quarantine restrictions.
"Another stage in easing quarantine restrictions begins today, on June 10. That will happen in the areas which meet the epidemic criteria of the government resolution imposing the adaptive quarantine. We have a number of regions that exceed the rate of 12 incidents per 100,000 residents. These are Kyiv and Volyn, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Lviv, Rivne and Chernivtsi regions. They will not be allowed to proceed to the next stage of easing quarantine restrictions today," Liashko said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.
