KYIV, June 10 – The Health Ministry is considering several options for tourists and citizens to arrive in Ukraine after the resumption of international flights, Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said on Wednesday.

The minister said that one of the options would be observation for people arriving from countries with an epidemic situation worse than in Ukraine.

"We analyze the situation in different countries, including the EU, how they plan to do this. We are consulting with our epidemiologists, infectious disease doctors to propose an effective mechanism. It should be similar to the mechanisms that our neighboring countries will offer, with which we will resume air traffic. Now, we are considering the option of having a red and green zone. The red zone means the countries from which tourists will arrive or other citizens, where the situation is worse than in Ukraine. The green zone means the countries where the situation is the same, as in Ukraine or better," Stepanov said.
