KYIV, June 3 – Ukraine’s largest privately-held coal mining and power generating group DTEK said Wednesday the Anti-Monopoly Committee had found the company not controlling the dominant position on the regional power market.

AMC has been investigating allegations DTEK has controlled the dominant position "regional market for commercial electricity sales and balancing during both minimum and maximum load hours" in the Burshtyn TPP trade zone in western Ukraine.
