KYIV, June 1 – An increase in vacancy after lockdown may prompt shopping and entertainment centers to change their concept in a fight for tenants and buyers.
"By the spring of next year, it is quite possible that a number of projects that will most likely lose tenants or have to make extraordinary losses in the amount of rents will seriously consider changing of their concept or reorienting to another segment," Lead Expert at Colliers International (Ukraine) Ihor Zabolotsky said.
