KIEV, Sept. 5 ??“ The Economy Ministry has proposed the introduction of export licenses for wheat and wheat and rye mixture, apart from wheat for sowing.

According to an explanatory note to the resolution, this proposal is aimed at strengthening state controls over exports of bread wheat to prevent illegal exports, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
