KYIV, May 21 – The Foreign Ministry plans to submit a memorandum against Russia in the case concerning the detention of three Ukrainian naval ships and 24 crewmembers with the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea on May 22, Deputy Foreign Minister Yevhen Enin said.

"We plan to file a memorandum against the Russian Federation with the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea precisely on May 22, which concerns the illegal detention of three naval ships and the 24 members of their crews," Enin said on Ukrainian television on Wednesday.
