KYIV, May 14 – The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) released the first forecast for grain crop in the 2020/2021 marketing year (MY, July-June), according to which the wheat crop will be 28 million tons in Ukraine.

The department said in its May report that wheat exports are estimated at 19 million tons in the new marketing year.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has the forecast for wheat production at the level of 29.171 million tons and exports in the amount of 20.5 million tons in the country in the current 2019/2020 marketing year.
