KYIV, May 15 – Restoring of upper upscale and luxury hotels in Kyiv to pre-quarantine rates can take from four to five years with a decrease in income by 60-80%, experts of consulting company Cushman & Wakefield said.

The company has developed two scenarios for the restoration of metropolitan business hotels of the highest price category after lockdown. The first scenario involves their closure from March 2020 and the beginning of the restoration process just from early 2021.
