KIEV, Sept. 4 - Kiev-based Raiffeisenbank Ukraine (RBU) will be renamed OTP Bank (Ukraine) after a transaction is completed to sell the bank to Hungary's OTP Bank, Dmitry Zinkov, CEO of RBU, told Interfax.

"The parent company will give us its name," he said.

OTP Bank CEO Laszlo Wolf said earlier that RBU plans to start rebranding in October.
