KIEV, Sept. 1 ??“ The government has allowed the Agrarian Fund to buy 400,000 tons of grain from the new harvest at prices set on the exchange in order to form a state food reserve.
According to cabinet resolution No. 474 of Aug. 30, the Agrarian Fund can buy grain at prices not exceeding the average levels on accredited exchanges and the agrarian exchange in the last three auctions and not higher than the maximum purchase prices.
