KIEV, Aug. 31 - Ukrainian local and regional governments continue to post sound financial performance figures and exhibit low debt levels, according to a report titled "Solid Performance Supports Ukrainian Local & Regional Government Ratings, But Country Risks Prevail," published on Aug. 31 by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services.

"These subsovereigns also have growing economies, although this growth remains volatile," reads the S&P report.
