KYIV, April 28 – The food markets will be allowed to restart operations throughout Ukraine at the end of this week, but only with all the safety rules observed, President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
"I know that the operation of the food markets is an important issue. The government will consider the possibility of reopening them at its next meeting on Wednesday. However, I want to emphasize that only with all of the safety rules observed," he said in a video address to the Ukrainian people on Monday.
