KYIV, April 28 – Ukraine may be able to get between $5.5 billion and $8 billion under the Extended Fund Facility lending program from the International Monetary Fund, Ihor Umanskiy, a former finance minister, said.

Another program that Ukraine may be able to tap is $1.4 billion through the Rapid Financing Instrument (RFI) facility, but combining two programs is impossible, Umanskiy said.
