KYIV, April 24 – The reform of Ukroboronprom state concern provides for the creation of six industry holdings around the progressive enterprises of the concern on the basis of industry synergies of competencies and then the liquidation of the state concern itself, the Deputy Director General of Ukroboronprom, head of the transformation office Roman Bondar, said.

"The management of Ukroboronprom is convinced that the current management model of the concern should be changed, since it does not provide effective management of more than a hundred disparate participating enterprises," the state concern's press service said, citing Bondar.
