BRUSSELS, April 23 – Ukraine will get EUR 600 million assistance tranche from the European Union without any conditions once the European Parliament and the Council of Europe formally approve it, a senior official said Wednesday.
The second tranche of EUR 600 million will be provided under number of conditions that will be negotiated separately, Mykola Tochytsky, Ukraine's representative to the EU, said. To get this tranche, Ukraine will have to have an agreement with the International Monetary Fund.
