KYIV, April 22 – Demand for coworking and flexible offices in Ukraine will increase due to quarantine and economic problems in 2020, Founder of Creative States, a network of premium flexible workspaces, Ilia Kenigstein has said.

"According to current tendency, we understand by the number of calls, that the era of shell and core is coming to the end, especially for class A business centers. The business of flexible spaces, namely high-level workspaces in the premium segment, will 'boom' this year and this will happen not due to the economic prosperity, but thanks to the opposite. The thesis that coworking begins to 'shoot' during the crisis is now justified," he said during an online conference devoted to property and construction in Ukraine, forecasts and expectations.
