KYIV, April 16 – The pace of construction of new hotels fell by 20-30% due to quarantine restrictions, founder of Ribas Hotels Group (Odesa) Artur Lupashko has said.

"We did not stop the construction of new facilities in Bukovel and Poland (Jelenia Gora). The pace decreased by 20-30% due to transport difficulties," Lupashko said.
