KIEV, Aug. 30 ??“ The Ukrainian government plans to spend privatization receipts that will come in 2007 on investments projects, First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mykola Azarov said Wednesday.

"The budget for 2007 will feature an innovation: we've managed all the funds from privatization we project [in the budget] to spend on financing investment projects, rather than on 'eating,??? Azarov said. ???We will privatize a company and funds from its privatization will be spent on a certain investment or infrastructure project."
