KYIV, April 1 – Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Ambassador of India to Ukraine Partha Satpathy have agreed on a bilateral basis to protect the rights of citizens, who will have no opportunity to come back home amid coronavirus (COVID-19), a press service of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine reported.
"The interlocutors noted a high level of bilateral cooperation to help citizens of both countries in a pandemic. They agreed that India will help protect the interests of citizens of Ukraine who cannot leave the territory of this country. Ukraine, accordingly, will provide such assistance to Indian citizens," according to a statement published on the website of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on Wednesday.
