KYIV, March 25 – Interior Minister Arsen Avakov urged Ukrainians traveling overseas to come back within two days or to stay abroad for coronavirus pandemic since aviation and railway travels will be halted on March 27.

"Planes will fly until Friday. On the night of Friday to Saturday, any air traffic will be halted. The same with the trains," the interior minister said in a commentary to the reporters on Wednesday.

"I think the emergency committee will announce all the details on Friday," he said.
