KYIV, March 4 – All groups of banks responded to monetary policy easing by lowering loan rates, foreign banks cut the rates the most, to 12.7% per annum on average, Kateryna Rozhkova, the First Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), has said.
"In other groups of banks, rates have decreased, but, unfortunately, not so significantly: up to 19-19.9% per annum. We will work further in this regard," she wrote on Facebook.
