KYIV, March 3 – More than 70% of Ukrainians support the extension of the moratorium on the sale of agricultural land and believe that this issue should be resolved in a referendum, according to a survey conducted by the sociological service of the Razumkov Center from February 13 to February 17, 2020.
According to the results of the study, most citizens of Ukraine believe that the issue of introducing a land market and lifting the moratorium on the purchase and sale of agricultural land should be submitted to a popular referendum. This opinion is shared by 68.9% of respondents. Some 19.6% of respondents believe that this question should not be put to a referendum, the rest did not decide on the answer.
