KYIV, Feb 28 – Guaranteeing the coal market by the state for coalmines and payments for the products would allow solving the problem of debts of coalmines, Deputy Energy and Environmental Protection Minister of Ukraine Stanislav Kovalevsky said.

"There is a way. It is necessary to guarantee sales to state-owned mines and, most importantly, to pay for the coal shipped by them. This is one of the instructions that the president gave during a meeting with coal industry workers on February 24," Kovalevsky wrote on his Facebook page on February 28.
